Well, a happy weekend to you. Not much to report here. We’re getting caught up on life back in LA after traveling since October 26th. And we literally just realized a couple days ago that next week is Thanksgiving. So, obviously, we’re pretty mixed up about everything right now. Getting back on track! Happy weekend!
–Lady Bird. Of course. Go see Lady Bird. It’s just lovely and awkward and I laughed so much and definitely cried at the end. Greta Gerwig got so much of being a teenager girl, especially in the early 2000s, juuuust right.
-Chris is veggie and I am not, but I like eating that way a lot of the time, or at least dinners. And I didn’t think I was going to get super into Thanksgiving this year but omg LOOK at these vegetarian recipes. Mind changed.
-Do you have reading seasons? I long for seasons if only to read seasonally. Right now I’m reading The Ask by Sam Lipsyte and The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, two sassy men indeed.
-Finally, The Cheesecake Factory. This twitter thread is too much and everything and I highly enjoyed it.
Guys, that’s all I got this week. I’ve just not been online much lately. And to be honest, a lot of what I’ve found more recently has been negative. And I’m tired of it. If you got anything positive/cool/creative please do send it my way.
And here’s a nice quote because don’t we all need a nice quote sometimes? Remember that this is always true, no matter your age:
